Bundle cut "Bundle Cat 3000"

The bundle cut “Bundle cat 3000″ can cut heat exchangers of different tons of weight and different length with a maximum diameter of 3000 mm.

The BUNDLE CAT 3000 is designed to operate completely self-sufficient, and thanks to remote control hut, it is possible to control each single parts indipendently.
It is hydraulically assisted thus allowing a reduction in personnel and increasing the final safely margins.
This bundle cat can cut heat exchangers of different tons of weight and different length with a maximum diameter of 3000 mm.

The Bundle Cat 3000 is formed by a fix base, a vertical lifting system that is able to lift the cutting system, an hydraulic unit plus a console of control.
Inside the base are located two water tanks for cut facility an hydraulic unit.

The cutting system has an assisted and automatic descent, to make the cuts safely.
The descent can also be manually controlled from the control console in order to make any height or positioning adjustments.
The hydraulic unit is composed by an oil tank, a pump of 8.3 lt and a valves system.

All moviments can be actived by a control hut, for control of following fuctions:

1. START MACHINE
2. START HYDRAULIC MOTOR
3. WATER PUMP
4. SELECT MODE OF WORK (Automatic or Manual)
5. SELECT HIGHT OF BLADE POSITION
6. START BLADE
7. SELECT THE SPEED BLADE
8. CHOOSE THE SPEED CUTTING (DESCENT)
9. ACTIVE/STOP THE AUTOMATIC CYCLE
10. POSITIONER OF SENSOR WITH HYDRAULIC CYLINDERS
11. LIGHTS OF WORK
12. STOP BLADE
13. STOP HYDRAULIC MOTOR
14. EMERGENCY SWITCH
